Couples Coaching & Premarital Couples Education

Is for couples (married, unmarried, partners) who are experiencing relationship stressors or for couples who would like premarital education.  Sessions are one-on-one and cost is based on a sliding scale.

  • Enjoying your journey and enjoying your mate
  • Envisioning the best “WE” you can be 
  • Knowing what is normal and what is not  
  • Gaining a wider perspective
  • Helping to set goals and solve problems
  • Identifying the real issues
  • Meeting each others’ needs; knowing expectations
  • Planning for overcoming barriers to success
  • Managing parenting and in-law relationships
  • Setting goals and solving problems
  • Shared decision making and power
  • Special problem solving for infidelity, illness or loss
