This workshop for committed couples focuses on problem-solving, forgiveness, commitment, having fun and sensuality and sexuality. The content of the workshop activities is strongly geared towards both partners attending together.
How to Avoid Falling in Love with a Jerk(ette) - Singles
Learn to Follow Your Heart without Losing Your Head - Focus on your emotional health so you’re not the jerk
- Learn healthy pacing for emotional and physical intimacy
- Recognize subtle, hidden signs of future problems
This workshop is for singles 18 – 60+ years old. Singles learn to recognize the real "FACE" (among other skills) of a potential partner before making a commitment: - F – Family – Get to know theirs
- A – Attitude – What is his or hers
- C – Compatibility – is there a fit?
- E – Examples of other romantic relationships – what is his/her relationship history
- S – Skills for success.
Dating 101 for Teens
Develop Healthy Dating Habits - Gain insight into your own personality
- Improve communication and conflict resolution skills
- Understand: attraction, breaking up, expectations and danger signs
- Learn the healthy way to "hook up," what love IS and IS NOT, and how to set boundaries
This workshop has been a success in the local schools and with youth groups. The programming is geared for teens 15-17 years old.
Relationship Education 101 for Expectants
Tools to build your relationships as you begin the role of parent - Focus on your emotional health
- Build a healthy realtionship with your partner and child(ren)
- Learn communications skills that will enhance your couple nad parent/child relationshps
- Learn how to create a more positive environment at home
Pregnant or recently delivered mothers as well as new dads will benefit from this program.
